We use a pre-treated catalyst that can be generated &amp; has comparatively better activity under normal working conditions. Silica gel is of indicating type changing its colour from blue to pink on uses which have moisture capacity. The shape of the molecular sieves is spherical, which yields high mechanical strength &amp; low dusting. Both the materials are of regenerable type.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Silica gel Material: When the colour of silica gel material changes from blue to white then it needs to be regenerated by keeping the silica gel material in the oven at 110\u00b0C.\u00a0 The normal frame for regenaration is approx 2-3 Hrs.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<img src=\"http:\/\/adhithyagroup.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Untitled-design-52.jpg\" alt=\"Hydrocarbon trap\" itemprop=\"image\"\/>\n\t<h3>\n\t\t\t\t\tHydrocarbon trap\n\t\t\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\t<p>Activated charcoals is used for the purpose of removing hydrocarbon impurities from the carrier as well as fuel gases, especially for reducing the errors in analysis while using FID. These materials have a very large surface area &amp; pore diameter to absorb large size hydrocarbon molecules.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Activated Charcoal \/ Carbon material should be replaced after 1 \u00bd to 2 years.
